Kampala: The Commercial Court in Kampala has ordered Imperial Royale Hotel to compensate government with over shillings 5.8bn in form of damages for having breached an agreement when it failed to provide accommodation to selected delegates of the Common Wealth Head of Governments- Chogm in 2007 despite having received an advance payment from government to do so.
