EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES COMMISSION STUCK WITH 25 ALBINOS CASES

The Equal opportunities commission is stuck with 25cases relating Albinos which the commission hopes to work hand in hand with the legal advocacy, Government and the local councils to have it addressed.

COURT ORDERS DPP TO PRODUCE JUVENILE CASE FILE

The High court has given DPP upto 5th April to produce the case file of a juvenile offender that has spent 14years in Luzira prison awaiting a Ministerial order.Justice Masalu Musene made the order to State Attorney Charles Kalooli Bwiso, who informed court that now 30year old Hunnington Otale’s case file is missing and they cannot tress the history of his offence to be in position to take a decision.
