COVID-19: AMERICAN LAWYER SUES CHINA IN THE FIRST BIOCHEMICAL WEAPONRY

An American Litigant Larry Klayman has sued the Chinese authorities seeking compensation totaling to USD 20 Trillion for the spread of the deadly Corona Virus, that has already claimed thousands of people around the world.

The Litigation filed through his advocacy chamber Freedom Watch and Texas Company bands together the Pyongyang authorities, the Chinese Army, Wuhan Institute of Virology, the Director of Wuhan Institute of Virology Mr. Shi Zhengli and Maj. Gen Chen Wei, the Chinese commandant in the region.

Mr Klaman seeks for damages against the Pyongyang authorities for the Virus out-break which is widely thought to be Biochemical weaponry unleashed by the Beijing authorities.

In their petition, the rightist group claim that China intentionally abetted death through provision of material used in terrorism, conspiracy to cause injury and consequential death to the Citizens of America, wrongful death, assault and battery.

US President Donald Trump has always instigated that the Corona Virus was manufactured in Wuhan, China, calling it a Chinese virus.

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has always blamed China for concealing information about the Corona Virus until unprecedented effects became visible within China and Europe, killing several people.

Mr Klayman accused Pyongyang of concealing information about the deadly virus, always linking the epidemic to security protocols within the ranks.

Information available has indicated the Maj Gen Chen and few other highly placed officials in Pyongyang desperately injected themselves with antidotes that could possibly neutralize the effects of the Virus that has turned out to be a world’s unprecedentedly most effective biochemical weapon.

The petition contends that the weapon was reportedly engineered to target one of China’s perceived enemy states including America.

The Corona Virus epidemic broke out late last year in the Chinese city of Wuhan, spreading to several parts of the world, killing scores.

Countries have responded differently to the threat, with eminent economic effects that are likely t cause a global economic depression.

China, Italy and Spain have so far registered the biggest number of fatalities with minimal effects in African Countries.

Chinese Authorities are yet to give a response to the litigation.
