JEEMA VISITS BOBI WINE

The leadership of Justice Forum-JEEMA has paid a courtesy call to People Power Icon, also Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine at his home in Magere.

The JEEMA delegation was led by Party President Hon Asuman Basalirwa, accompanied by his predecessor Dr Muhammed Kibirige Mayanja and other party members.

Talking to UTN about the visit, Basalirwa said it was meant to commiserate with him for the passing on of his driver Yasin Kawuma and also to comfort him for what he has been going through since the Arua incidents.

Dr Kibirige Mayanja thanked Kyagulanyi for his endurance and patriotism he has so far exhibited in the struggle to reclaim peoples' power. He promised full support from JEEMA to the end.

Kyagulanyi stressed the need to work together regardless of our political parties, beliefs or ethnicity.

JEEMA party president Asuman Basalirwa also introduced to him the party flag bearer for the newly created Bugweri district Mp, Counsel Babirye Sarah.

He also requested that a welcome party for the people power leader and celebrations for escaping the killing junta be held in Bugiri on the date to be announced soon which Hon Kyagulanyi accepted.
