Residents in Lubaga North Constituency in Kampala woke up to shock when they found several posters depicting People Power Icon Robert Kyagulanyi Aka Bobi Wine as a neo colonialism tool used by the Western World.

The Poster found just metres away from the home of NRM Parliamentary Chief Whip Ruth Nankabirwa's home in Nabulagala also say the Kyadondo East legislator is a selfish individual sponsored by gay communities in the west to promote gay rights in Uganda.
