EC RELOCATES PAVING WAY FOR KLA FLY OVER CONSTRUCTION.

The Electoral Commission has relocated to industrial area to pave way for the Kampala fly over currently under construction.
The Chairperson of the Electoral Commission Simon Byabakama told media that the Electoral Commission which has since 1996 has held 5 ELECTIONS to date.
Justice Simon Byabakama reveals that after relocating from this locus will temporally be hosted in industrial area pending completion of its permanent home in Lubowa.
The Electoral commission was compensated 27 billion shillings by UNRA.
Justice Byabakama adds that the commission is still committed to serving Ugandans even when the commission has relocated.
A representative for the Uganda National Roads Authority, Lawrence Paliho says the relocation of the commission will enable the Kampala Fly over move on who progress was seen to be at risk if the commission had not relocated.
The Kampala Fly over currently has been seen to be changing sharp of the then clock towers along Entebbe Road and Prince Badru Kakungulu Road.
