Kampala - Twenty Six (26) FDC youths who were arrested on Monday in the scuffle between FDC presidential hopeful Dr Kiiza Besigye and Police have been bailed out. A total of 54 people were arrested at Wandegeya, Kalerwe, and Kamwokya. They were charged with several counts including inciting violence, unlawful assembly among others.
