Karuma - The Minister for Energy and Mineral Development Engineer Irene Muloni has made a six hour tour of Karuma Hydropower Project currently under construction in Kiryandongo district. The Minister’s tour was intended to establish whether the six hundred megawatts Hydro Power project is being constructed as specified by the owner’s consultants or, shoddy work is being done as claimed by the project management’s consultants.
